First-time clients will not be allowed into any SALT class late. We do not allow any clients to enter cycle classes late. For all other classes (and clients), we will allow entry into class up to 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time.
We require a minimum notice of 8-hours when canceling a class reservation. If you do not cancel in advance or attend a class you will lose the class from your package and we will automatically charge a $10 Late Cancellation Fee. Late Cancellation fees apply to all clients and packages. Further, we do allow you to move your reservation to another class on the same day without a penalty.
We do not offer the option to hold or freeze our SALT 4, 7, or 8 class/month memberships. Our Unlimited Monthly membership can be put on hold for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 30 days each calendar year. Further, we offer the option to hold your membership up to four times in any calendar year. Your account will automatically be billed a $10 fee each time you hold/freeze per billing cycle.
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. We require 30 days prior written notice to terminate any SALT contract. Please email your local studio to terminate.
We continue to follow heightened safety protocols for our studios - including cleaning, air filtration, distancing. Please text your local studio for the most recent guidance.
ALL equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each class.
Illinois building code requires higher standards related to air filtration for fitness studios. In addition to adhering to this code, we have purchased medical-grade air filtration units for each studio room.
